Naim Audio
Hi-fi amplifiers and streamers - manufactured in Salisbury since 1973
Philosophy
Founded by Julian Vereker in 1973 in Salisbury. PRaT (Pace, Rhythm and Timing) philosophy - the Naim sound is rhythmic, engaging, musical. Signature DIN connectors. Manufacturing and assembly in Salisbury, England. Merged with Focal in 2011 in the Vervent group.
History
Salisbury, 1973. Julian Vereker founds Naim with one obsession: rhythm. PRaT - Pace, Rhythm and Timing. The sound that makes you tap your foot. The philosophy dividing audiophiles for fifty years.
NAP 250 launched 1975, still in production. Fifty years. Proprietary DIN connectors, official advice: never turn it off. A closed ecosystem that doesn't apologize. Vereker dies 2000. Focal merger 2011, Alpha PE 2019. Manufacturing stays in Salisbury. Uniti range redefines all-in-one. Like a religion: you enter by conviction and never leave.

NAIT (ampli integre)
