Ortlieb was born from a personal need: Hartmut Ortlieb, soaked in the rain during a bike trip, designed his first waterproof panniers in his garage. High-frequency welding (no stitching) guarantees absolute IP67 waterproofing. Everything is made in Heilsbronn, Bavaria. EMAS certified.
History
